On July 4 2023 we had an incident where we were riding on highway 501 it turned into gravel and our riding buddy went over and damaged his Harley !! We googled and were lucky to find Badlands Harley !! We limped over to them outside of Medicine Hat , to our amazement there kindness to us was beyond what we had experienced !! And this is no bullshit all there team came to our aid !! And one of there own staff went out of his way drove home as he had the part from his own collection of old piece !!! We were blown away . They stood buy us if we needed advice or assistance !! And that is very rare ! We cant thank the Staff enough ! At the end of it all we rode off with the bike as good a shape as it could be only because of the help from Badlands Hd !!!! Thanks again to you all

I dont usually give reviews but WOW! The people at Badlands HD were outstanding. We are three riding across Canada and one of us went down on loose gravel. We managed to make it to Badlands HD whom went out of there way, over and above expectations to get us back on the road. When Jim went down he busted his whole clutch lever assembly, bent his bars and windshield mounts, along with dents here and there. One of the guys went home and found the clutch parts while other employees helped with straightening the bent bars and windshield. They had us back on the road within two hours with no charge. Now where do you get service like that? Thank you so much to Badlands HD.

I had the misfortune again to have my water pump burn out again on my 2014 Ultra ( on my 3rd one now) . All I can say is that Badlands HD had the new type in stock. I was able to get in there right away and have the new one installed even though they were short mechanics that day. A few hours delay and I was back on the road. Hands down best Harley Dealer in western Canada, awesome knowledgeable staff!

We drove from Nanaimo BC to Dryden Ontario. We stopped at other harley dealers as our headlight went out and also the water pump stooped working. We stopped at 2-3 other shops but our results were not good. Finally we stopped at Harley Davidson Badlands.

As we entered Harley we were treated by an amazing lady. Wendy Karsten. It was very hot outside and she not only greeted us with a huge smile and welcome to thier store. Also just after our wonderful greeting we were offered water and ??? Anything else she could do for us. She took us to the service area and they also were amazing. Our Tec. Sorry I do apologize for not remembering his name. ( I was told he was the best of the best) and we agree. He could have told us many diffent things along with he could have made us wait days for parts but he looked over our bike and told us if we were careful we could make it back home with how the bike was running. And we did.

If you going by the Badlands. Stop in and meet a wonderful group of people. And be prepared to be treated like kings and queens. Thank you staff for all the wonderful treatment as our trip was starting to fall apart until we stopped and visited you store. Because of you we had no more stress about the bike going home.

We will definitely stop in ( Even just to say Hi ). On our next trip past.
